you can copy and paste

  C:\Program Files\Microprose\Risk II\RiskII.exe

Launch : Play for windowed mode at  gameranger

Copy and paste

 C:\Users\x\AppData\Roaming\GameRanger\GameRanger\GameRanger.exe

​

X: your windows account name.Change it with your windows account name.

Dont forget.You should open everytime  dxwnd app. before starts risk
